How to care for your home sauna

Use your model’s manual as the primary guide. Routine inspection, appropriate cleaning and dry-out help you care for the cabin and spot issues early.

After use.

Remove personal items and follow the manufacturer’s ventilation and drying instructions. Once surfaces are cool and power precautions have been followed, address visible moisture or marks using a method permitted by the manual.

Keep cleaning gentle and compatible.

Use only cleaners and finishes approved for the relevant wood and heating system. Avoid spraying controls, electrical components or infrared panels. Do not apply oils, varnishes or household chemicals unless the manufacturer specifically permits them.

Check before you replace.

Inspect accessible surfaces, door operation and visible components as directed in the manual. Stop using equipment with damage, unusual smells or electrical faults and contact support. Electrical repairs belong with a qualified professional.

Order the correct part.

For replacement parts or accessories, provide your model, serial number, order reference and clear photos. Confirm compatibility and installation requirements before purchasing.
